The reaction from our employees has been unprecedented - never before have we picked an afternoon activity that was enjoyed so much by everyone. To all concerned, I would like to pass on to your company and especially Peter our Pilot for the hour flight we had with him on Thursday the 18th August 2005. If you could pass on details how I could leave a testimonial for your company as we thoroughly enjoyed our hour flight with Peter.
On this day Adam proposed to me and this was all organised without me knowing, Adam corresponded with Peter throughout the week I believe about pick up location and what they were going to do. I believe Peter even took the time to fly out or drive out the cabins we were staying in "Hunter River Retreat" to see if he could land there to pick us up. This to me is exceptional customer service.
Peter really took the time to explain various landmarks for us around the Hunter region and Newcastle. This day was truly an amazing experience and something we will never forget.
Thank you very much and a big thanks to Peter, I am sorry I can't remember his last name and I now realise you have two Peters there after looking at your website, but I am sure Peter will remember us as Adam and Vanessa.
